It is so small that it fits conveniently into the Notebook pocket!
This is made possible by connecting a high quality PCMCIA sound card,
which is connected via a USB cable to the 12.5 x 12.5 x 4 cm small ear audiometer box.
This provides electrical isolation and amplification.
It also has connections for the entire
audiometric accessories (headset LL+KL, FF, patient button). The hearing is measured using
software-based pure tone and speech audiometry.
